Period of Training	One Year (purely on temporary basis)
Stipend	₹23,000/‐ per month consolidated with no additional perk
Educational Qualification	First Class in Masters in Library and Information Science or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University having good academic record
Desirable	Candidates with relevant Computer Knowledge will be preferred
Age Limit	26 years as on the last date of application. Relaxation for SC, ST, & PD category candidates (up to age Limit – 31 years) & OBC (Up to age Limit – 29 years) as per Govt. of India rules
Mode of Selection	Apply through ONLINE by 12th April 2024. Attend written & interview directly with required documents.
Nature of Traineeship	Opportunity to work in various sections of Central Library and on emerging tools and technologies. Involves different shifts and possibly weekends/holidays on a rotation basis. No accommodation provided.
