Position: Library Professional Trainees (Contractual)
Number of Trainees: 2 (Two)
Duration: One year from the date of joining
Stipend: Consolidated stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc) or equivalent with First Class
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of computers, IT applications in libraries, and Library Management Systems
Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 26 years as on the date of the walk-in interview
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules:
- Up to 29 years for OBC category candidates
- Up to 31 years for SC/ST category candidates
Selection Process:
- Based on consistent good academic record, performance in the written test, trade/practical test, and personal interview
