WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR THE AWARD OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP(JRE)
Defence Scientific Information & Documentation Centre (DESIDOC), Delhi one of the Premier Research Laboratory of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) engaged in delivering library information and documentation services to DRDO personnel. DESIDOC invites application from young and meritorious Indian Nationals, who desire too pursue in Digital Library related research as Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Fellowship : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Discipline : Library& Information Science
Stipend : JRF will receive a stipend of Rs.31,000/- (per month approx.) plus HRA as per DRDO Rules.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is maximum 28 years as on 31 March 2023. The upper age limit shall be Relaxable to the candidates belonging to sC/ST is 5 years and for OBC is 3 years.
Essential Educational Qualifications
B.Sc with First Class and M.LI.Sc with First Class from UGC recognized University & UGC NET qualified. Expertise in digital library concepts, bibliographic database creation.
JRF Tenure: Initially the offer is for a period of two years which may be extendable for further two years Subject to Internal Screening Committee recommendation.
