INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATES

Qualification: 

a. Candidates should have passed a Master’s Degree in the Concerned subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade 50% in-case of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/ Differently abled (Physically and Visually Disabled/ Differently Abled) categories)

b.  Candidates should have been qualified in the “National Eligibilty Test (NET)” or “Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET)”. 

c. Candidates with Ph.D. Degree with coursework are exempted from NET/SLET exam. Eligibility of candidates possessing Ph.D. Qualification/Registered prior to 11.07.2009 wll be subject to fulfilling  the conditions laid in U.G.C. notification dated 04.05.2016. M.Phil. qualification will not be considered. 

d. The appointment of the posts notified shall be subject to the completion of probationary period of 2 years. 

e. The selected candidates must produce physical fitness certificate issued by any Govt. Medical Officer/ Civil Surgeon at the time of joining.

f.  The selected candidates shall produce 2 Character Certificates issued by any 2 persons residing in his/her neighbourhood atthe time of joining. The selection shall also be subject to police verification obtained by the Management.

 1. The pay and allowances will be as per the Govt. Order ED/483/UNE/2017 Dated: 16.03.2019. 

 2. In service candidates shall submit their application through proper channel with No Objection Certificate.

 3. Late and incomplete application will be rejected and no Correspondence will be entertained.

4. Submission of application will not constitute a right for Call for interview.

5. As both of our Institutions and S.K.E. Society are declared as Marathi Linguistic Minority Institutions, reservation and roster system are not applicable.

6.  As per the directions issued by the authorities, the appointment will be made purely on the condition of availability of work-load in the subject. In case of shortage of work-load the candidate may be retrenched as per the law and rules. 

7. Candidates who apply for the above posts as per the Govt. Order No. ED/49/UPC/2018, the age limit tor GM is 40 years, for Category -I 45 years, and for SC/ST candidates maximum 43 years, as on the date of submission of application. 

 8. The candidates may also take benefit of No. ED/49/UPC/2018, dated 20.06.2018 if they are entitled. 

9. A copy of the application (without D.D.) shall be submitted to the Joint Director, Department of Collegiate Education, Regional Office, Dharwad for information without fail.

 10. No TA./D.A. will be paid for attending the Interview.
