Essential:
a) Degree in Library Science/ Information Science from a Recognized University
b) Degree/ Diploma in Computer from a recognized institute
c)Experience in Library Administration Automation and
d) Officer under the Central/ State/U.T. Government Universities/ Statutory Research Autonomous Bodies or Development organization blding analogous posts in Library or with 5 years of service in the Pay Level-10 or with 8 years in the Pay Level 7.
Desirable:
M. Phil/Ph. D in Library Science/ information Science and Documentation.
