Period/Tenure: 6 months
Nature of Work:
1. To maintain the library books, records and correspondence.
2. Purchase of books as per directives of VC. Academic and Associate Dean. 3. To work on e-portal and networking
4. Perfom duties assigned related to examinations / admission /cultural & Sports.
5. Perform any other duties assigned by the Associate Dean of this College.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The appointment will be purely on temporary and Contractual Basis for a period of 06 months only or till the post is filled on regular establishment which is less.
2. The candidate shall have to execute an undertaking on bond paper of Rs. 100 that he/she wil not leave the assignment half way or without prior intimation to this office at the time of joining.
3. The appointment shall automatically terminate any time on the joining of the person on regular establishment.
4. Any type of act or undisciplined behavior will be viewed seriously and assignment will terminated without any intimation to the candidate.
5. Candidate should pay non refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/-(Rs. Five hundred only) in the account of “Comptroller, MPKV, Rahuri” through online mode Account No. 33523908638 (State Bank of India) IFSC CODE SBINO004648 and receipt of the same should be attached to application form.
6. The eligible candidates will be interviewed by Selection Committee approved by the University. The candidate shall have to attend interview on their own cost. The candidate should produce all original documents at the time of interview failing which candidature will be rejected.
7. The sclected candidate must work ful time and full term. She/he will not allow accepting.any other appointment during _eontract neriod. He/She cnn only resign the post by giving one-month prior notice or by making payment of one month fix pay.
8. This contract comes to an end functionally after completion of tenure pcriod and if the candidates Ihave not continued for next semester, he should have to complete his work on his own cost, no remuneration or pay paid to him/her.
9. Appointment of selected candidate for the said post will be tenure appointment and liable to terminate at any time without assigning any reason thereof and candidate shall not any right to claim permanency benefit in lieu of this contractual appointment.
