- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from any recognized University/Institution with 07 years of experience in the relevant field in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU and Library of other autonomous institutions.
- OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library and Information Science from any recognized Institute/University with 08 years of experience in the relevant field in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU and Library of other autonomous institutions.
- Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
2. Library & Information Assistant
- Number of Posts: 01
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from any recognized University/Institution with 02 years of experience in the relevant field in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU and Library of other autonomous institutions.
- OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library and Information Science from any recognized Institute/University with 03 years of experience in the relevant field in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU and Library of other autonomous institutions.
- Knowledge of Computer Applications.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Reserved Category: Post is reserved for OBC candidates.
3. Library Clerk
- Number of Posts: 01
- Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/University.
- English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
- Certificate in Library Science from a recognized Institute.
- Proficiency in Computer Operations.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 32 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
