Eligibility Criteria:
Officials eligible for deputation are required for the post:
- Officials holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts and District Courts; or
- Officials holding the posts in the Grade Pay 2800/2400 (Scale of Rs. 5200-20200) (Pre-revised) with 6/10 years of regular service respectively in the grade in the Central or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts and District Courts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University or Institute.
- Two years of experience in a responsible capacity in a Library of standing.
- Master’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized University or equivalent, or a degree in documentation work in a responsible capacity.
- Knowledge of computer operation.
