- Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade, along with consistently good academic records.
Upper Age Limit: 50 years
Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Assistant University Librarian or College Librarian.
- Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work, showcasing professional commitment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficiency and experience in adopting, adapting, and promoting digital library technologies to enhance library services for teaching, research, and learning.
- Proven leadership skills, demonstrated ability to lead a team, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders within the Institute.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing a wide range of electronic resources.
- Familiarity with scholarly communication activities and services provided by the library.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of library space planning.
