A Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Deemed University with at least 55% marks. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working in a library under:- Central/State Government

- Universities or recognized research/educational institutions
Experience with SOUL or similar library software is required.
- Age Limit:
Must not exceed 35 years of age.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/OBC Candidates: Age relaxation as per Government of India norms (bonafide certificate required).
- Government Employees: 5-year relaxation for employees of Central/State Government, autonomous bodies, and universities. A certificate confirming regular employment (not casual/ad hoc/contract) is required.
Desirable Qualifications
- Technical experience or knowledge of working in a digital library, especially with D-Space software, will be an added advantage.
