Essential: 

I. A Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree.

 II. Two years’ experience in IITs/IISERs/IISc/NITs and similar Central Govt. Institutions.

 III. Diploma in Computer Application / Library automation and Networking.
