Library Trainee Position at JC Bose University of Science & Technology
Position:
Library Trainee (purely on temporary basis)
Location:
Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Central Library,
JC Bose University of Science & Technology,
YMCA Faridabad (Haryana)
Period:
6 Months (extendable up to one year based on performance and work & conduct report)
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Library Science (BLIS) or Master of Library Science (MLIS) from a recognized institute/university.
- Candidates must have graduated in 2022-23 or thereafter.
Consolidated Remuneration:
- Candidates with BLIS qualification: ₹13,000 per month
- Candidates with MLIS qualification: ₹15,000 per month
Age Limit:
30 years (as of 25.07.2024), i.e., the last date of application.
Work Responsibility:
All work related to the library or as assigned by the Librarian.

Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on academic record/written test and performance in the interview. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of computer/MS Office/Koha/DSPACE.
